We attach the greatest value to the protection and the security of your data. Regardless of whether you are a customer or simply a visitor to our Online-Presentation, we treat all data which we receive from you and save as "Personal Information".
We have imposed on ourselves the following principles when dealing with Personal Information.
Principles.
1. We absolutely comply with the strict regulations of the Austrian law on Privacy of Personal Data.
The law of the Republic of Austria applies to the storage, processing and utilization of Personal Information, especially the Federal Law on Privacy of Personal Data (Datenschutzgesetz 2000, DSG 2000). With the DSG 2000, the EU directive on Privacy of Personal Data has been converted into national Austrian law. We will also administrate Personal Information which we acquire outside of Austria according to this law as far as stringent local law is not opposing it.
2. Personal Information is not sold, lent, leased or passed on in any other way.
We do, however, reserve the right to communicate Personal Information to other companies within the scope of restructuring or merger, if these undertake to comply with the basic principles for handling as described here and have their domicile either inside the European Union or in a third state with adequate data protection (in the sense of § 12 par. 2 DSG 2000).
3. We dot not bring Personal information to the notice of third persons.
A possible exception, however, is the communication of Personal Information to companies which are connected to us directly or indirectly. We further reserve the right to communicate Personal Information to Outsourcing-Partners, if these guarantee sufficiently the lawful and secure use of data and bind themselves by contract to comply with the basic principles for handling as described.
We further reserve the right to communicate Personal Information to third parties if we are compelled to do so by law, judicial decision of an appropriate court, or order of an appropriate public authority or if we are compelled to protect or have enforced our property and/or assets through the appropriate official authorities as a consequence of acts or omissions on your part.
4. We restrict ourselves when compiling data to what is necessary and sensible.
When we collect Personal Information, we refer you to these basic principles or notify you of how we intend to use the data. We require Personal Information to conduct our business and to comply with statutory requirements. On the other hand, this also enables us better to provide you with services tailor-made for you. It can therefore occur that we link Personal Information with other data available to us in order to optimize our services.
5. Questions about this privacy statement?
For general questions about data protection, Claudia Markstaler (Tel. +43 5572 3836-0), is at your disposal. For reasons of security, please do not communicate your Personal Information by e-mail.
