my-tronic Ledon's LED Systems at the IAA Frankfurt
Toyota and TRW Selected my-tronic Ledon's Controllable LED Systems for Two Different Promotional Purposes
IAA Frankfurt 2005 - The biennial Frankfurt Motor Show (IAA) is the place for any global automobile manufacturer to present its newest and most amazing concepts. Toyota unwrapped its newest models: Yaris, RAV4 and Corolla Verso. When in 2003 the public awareness for the new features of the Prius was awaken using controllable light sources from my-tronic Ledon, the quality of the LED systems convinced the advertisers from Toyota to choose my-tronic Ledon again.
Thus my-tronic Ledon's LED systems were employed again in 2005 to demonstrate the operating mode of the next-generation diesel engine 2.2 D-4D. my-tronic Ledon supplied for this purpose controllable LED Spots from the Chandra Light category and controllable LED stripes from the Asterope Light line. The LED light sources, highly controllable, were part of a very versatile simulation: white linear LED lights demonstrated the clean air at the entrance of the engine, red LED stripes stood for the fuel, red LED spots simulated the burning process inside the cylinders and blue showed the exhaust gases while at the output of the engine, the clean air was again showed with white stripes. The whole process was explained on special white LED text displays.
This project shows that promotional lighting can come in stylish patterns. On the other hand, the Xmas delight red and blue LED ropes employed by TRW (the global leader in automotive safety systems) to simulate the information and action flux inside a car demonstrate how divers the application area for a certain LED product could be when technology meets design and imagination. For example, in the TRW lighting simulation, the intelligent ropes were used to demonstrate how the information provided by different sensors (radar, proximity sensors) could influence the breaks, the steering wheel and so on.
These projects recommend my-tronic Ledon's system as reliable and efficient.
