Our assortment of LED Stripes consists of a broad range of linear LED lights, starting with the simple LED strips - known as Aurora Light, and continuing with the controllable Asterope stripes in UV resistant tubes. Other stripes manufactured with LEDs are the innovative SMD LED Strips Sagitta and the most recent Elpis Flexible LED strips.
The controllable Asterope LED stripe is an intelligent light source with features very similar to the ones characteristic for the Chandra LED Spots. Each LED's features are given by the general traits of the RGB LED technology used to create the Asterope LED light stripes. This LED technique is quite special - basically it is what manufacturers call the "three chip technology": red, green and blue chips are mounted in the same LED package, but each chip can be individually controlled, thus allowing countless color mixtures.
The Asterope LED light strip is a quality product. Its application area includes LED architectural lighting, path and contour making, backlighting and much more. These LED strips can be chained in a network, synchronized or controlled individually - the system description illustrates how different LED luminaries (spots, strips, tiles, controllers) within the Deco LED systems function together
The Aurora stripes, as a standard, are mounted in UV resistant tubes for applications such as neon replacement or building emphasizing. Asterope means, in Greek, "lighting" or "twinkling" and is the general name used to define the intelligent LED strips. The name was inspired by the Greek mythology: Asterope is one of the seven daughters of Atlas and Pleiene, a nymph in the train of Artemis. We haven't chosen this name accidentally but because we do believe that the Asterope stripes bring light and beauty where used.
